The Board of Trustees at Chelmsford YMCA recently approved the new strategy for the organisation. This plan sets out our strategic themes and aims for the next few years. Now we have an agreed strategy, we will be developing an action plan which will set objectives and targets for achieving the strategic aims.
The agreed Vision Statement for our work is:
Motivated by our Christian Faith...
To build lives, hope and futures for children, young people and families.
